What is THE PUNCH CARD™?
THE PUNCH CARD™ is a very unique greeting card that combines modern shorthand communication with a traditional
approach. It is simple and is completely customizable for any occasion.

What does THE PUNCH CARD™ come with?
Each PUNCH CARD™ is blank and includes a translucent mailing envelope.

Does THE PUNCH CARD™ come in other colors?
Currently, we are featuring our cards in Electric Blue, Neon Green and Hot Pink. Please check back with us as we continually
introduce more colors and card sizes.

Where is THE PUNCH CARD™ made?
THE PUNCH CARD™ is designed and printed in San Diego, California.

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently, we only accept payment through PayPal. Paypal is a safe and secure web-based application that allows the transfer
of funds between account members and non-members. PayPal accepts all major credit cards.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders will be shipped within three (3) business days after your order has been placed.

What are your shipping methods?

We ship orders via USPS First Class (2-5 days) and Priority (1-2 days).

Do you accept international orders?

Yes. For international orders, please contact sales@twelvezeroseven.com.

What is your return policy?
All merchandise purchased from TWELVEZEROSEVEN.com may be returned for store credit (excluding shipping fees)
within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Opened or used merchandise cannot be returned. Store credit will be valid for
one (1) year after issuance. Thereafter, any unused store credit will be forfeited.

How do I return or exchange THE PUNCH CARD™?

To make a return or exchange, email us at customerservice@twelvezeroseven.com and specify the reason(s) for the
return. A return authorization number will be provided. Please include this number in your return package. We do not accept
opened or used merchandise. If we do, these items will be returned to the purchaser. Returns need to be securely packed,

Once the returned merchandise is received we will send you confirmation along with the amount of your store credit via email.

Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with
local state tax laws.
